ENVE Trade In Trade Up Wheel Upgrade Program Launches

Today ENVE announces an Upgrade Program that makes getting on a pair of premium level, U.S.-made wheels easier than ever before. The Upgrade Program allows customers to trade in a pair of ENVE or non-ENVE carbon wheels and receive an upgrade credit toward any SES, M Series or G Series wheelset.

Running until December 31st, the Upgrade Program will give an upgrade credit of $1,000 for an ENVE wheelset trade-in, or $700 for non-ENVE wheels. As long as the wheelset is rideable, and carbon, then it qualifies for the upgrade credit. U.S. customers can go through their local ENVE dealer, or online at ENVE.com to choose their wheels and arrange for the upgrade credit.

The upgrade program allows consumers to participate directly through ENVE’s website or through one of ENVE’s retail channel partners.

Gravel cyclists will be most interested in their new G Series, that recently debuted at Dirty Kanza. The G Series includes two purpose built wheelsets named the G23 (700c) and G27 (650b). ENVE had specific design objectives around weight (for efficiency and speed), optimized rim widths (for specific tire volumes), tubeless construction, durability and ride quality for these Gravel wheels.

The G23 is a 700c rim that features an internal rim width of 23mm. This wheelset is optimized for tires between 35 and 45mm, for riders looking for a versatile and fast setup. ENVE sees the sweet spot as the G23 paired with a 40mm tire.

The G27 is a 650b rim that features an internal rim width of 27mm, optimized for tires between 2.0 and 2.25 inches. If you're frequently visiting rough / loose terrain, or primarily ride dirt, the G27 may be the better option. Traction and stability are a priority for those who opt for 650b wheels.

G23 = 700c x 23mm Internal Rim Width x 35-45mm tires

G27 = 650b x 27mm Internal Rim Width x 2.0”-2.25” tires

According to ENVE, here’s how the Trade In - Trade Up program works… For current ENVE owners, ENVE will offer a $1000 trade-in credit that can be applied toward any new ENVE wheelset. For consumers riding a non-ENVE brand carbon wheelset, ENVE is offering riders a $700 credit to be applied toward the purchase of a new ENVE wheelset of choice.

The ENVE Upgrade Program will run for a limited time, in the US only, and will expire on December 31, 2018. All ENVE product purchased through the upgrade program is backed by ENVE’s Factory Warranty which includes incident protection that covers at no additional charge, any impact damage for as long as the product is in the original owner’s possession.
