Big Island Gravel on the ENVE SES 3.4 AR
Once a year, the big island of Hawaii becomes the epicenter of the triathlon universe. The Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway consistently proves to be a challenging cycling course for Ironman athletes due to hot temperatures, strong trade winds, and red line competition come race day. As the course reaches the island's northernmost town of Hawi, cyclists begin their return trip back down the Queen K. But what lies just beyond the turnaround point? The ENVE crew decided to find out what riding Kona Hawaii has to offer and set out to explore the best pavement and dirt on the island.
