Join us on Saturday, Dec 14 for a 55-mile gravel ride in East County San Diego. This is one our favorite areas to explore in the county, and we’re excited to partner with a few local legends who will be sharing their habitat with us. It all starts at 7:30AM with Eliel Cycling who will have coffee and donuts for all riders in the parking lot at the intersection of Bushy Hill and Father Junipero. After a few quick announcements by Gravelstoke and Los Coyotes, the ride will roll out at 8AM from the same parking lot. In case the lot is full, there’s plenty of parking on the street as well.
THE ROUTE
Join us for one more epic day with friends this year! This 55-mile route features mixed terrain and approximately 4,000 feet of elevation gain, promising a thrilling challenge with stunning scenery.
At mile 27, we’ll have a key resupply and regroup point to refresh and recharge before tackling the second half of the ride.
After the ride, head over to Societe Brewing to celebrate. Their spacious brewery and tasting room is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy their renowned Belgian-style and barrel-aged beers. Plus, Chacho’s Tacos food truck will be serving up delicious Mexican fare to pair perfectly with your favorite pint.
