Today, Ogden UT-based ENVE Composites announced the Foundation Collection gravel wheels, the AG25 and AG28. The USA-made AG’s (for Adventure/Gravel) share nomenclature with the G-Series as the numbers represent the inner rim width of the 700c and 650b wheels respectively.

According to ENVE, the increased rim width and strength were a key objective for the wheels, inspired by riders looking for ever more clearance upwards of 700c x 50mm. The AG’s are certainly some of the wider rims available today, so be sure to check compatibility with the tire sizes you plan to run. Recommended tire sizes are 36-50mm for the AG25, and 47-57mm for the AG28. ENVE backs up its latest offering with a Lifetime Incident Protection and 5 Year Warranty. Wheels in the Foundation Collection will retail for $1600 USD, and are available now in select ENVE retail partners worldwide.
