Like we did for every Wafer course since 2015, we are pleased to now also offer our readers the entire Waffle collection of routes since founder Michael Marckx (aka MMX) first conceived of the race. For a proper introduction, we touched base with MMX to learn more about the history of the BWR routes, how they’ve changed over time, and what he sees for the future of the BWR.

Every BWR San Diego Wafer Course Since 2015

Now in its 6th year running, the BWR Wafer course could be the most underrated gravel event in the country. In this review, we pulled together all BWR Wafer routes in one place for your viewing pleasure. Routes include the 2015 BWR Wafer, 2016 BWR Wafer, 2017 BWR Wafer, 2018 BWR Wafer and 2019 BWR Wafer.
