Back for 2019 we’re creating another gravel event like none other. The 2nd annual Hunt of the North is planned for June 9, 2019.

Perhaps our favorite event of the year, the Great Western Reroute is an extended mixed surface riff on the Great Western Loop. The GWL is a storied route that got it's name years ago from a road race that had as its title sponsor Great Western Savings & Loan. This route has a lot of the same paved stretches as the GWL but departs widely via some sweet gravel and dirt.

We have chosen 5 locations on dirt throughout North County. Your goal, gather all 5 pieces of unique gravel, 1 at each location. No specific course is provided. The 5 locations will be revealed 24 hours in advance of the event.
